The Salva Casa Decree was converted into law with L. 07\/24\/2024, n. 105, published in the Official Journal of 07\/27\/2024, n. 175 and in force from 07\/28\/2024.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

There are also measures to simplify solar protection works. In particular, the possibility of creating porticos, in addition to loggias, is granted without the need for specific authorizations, therefore in a free building regime.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
