Custom pergola installation

Today we want to talk to you about the installation of a pergola with an aluminum structure and a loose-cloth sliding roofing system, which we recently completed for one of our customers.

Our pergola solution has been designed to offer total shading and protection from rain thanks to its waterproof PVC cover. The structure features 80mm uprights and angled base plates for less lateral bulk. The pergola is made up of two 2.5 x 3.5 meter modules adjacent to each other.

To prevent water from passing between the two pergolas, we designed and installed two gutters in the central posts. Furthermore, we have designed the water drainage on the external sides of the pergola, thanks to the slope of the fabric on one side.

Given the customer's request, we also colored the structure with a ral 7037. In collaboration with our supplier Sprech, we designed custom-made posts of different heights to guarantee perfect installation of the level pergola, taking into account the slopes present on the site by Assembly.

To secure the pergola to the ground, we created anchors under the existing flooring. This allowed us to guarantee maximum stability of the structure, without compromising the aesthetics and practical aspect of the flooring itself.
